Switch Off Stress

Tip #2
Eat Better Breakfast
Most women don't consume enough proten, says Lynn C. Keller, an R.D. in Danville, California.  That's a mistake, since the hormones that regulate stress need this nutrient to thrive.  The FDA recommends eating at least 50 grams of protein a day, so get a third at breakfast and it'll keep your stress levels from spiking.

I have to say, breakfast is one thing we do really well. I think we might be guilty of eating too big of a breakfast sometimes, hence the help needed to think of healthier options. I really feel so much better when I get protein for breakfast. I can tell a huge difference.
